Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled grooming service.

In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This policy is in place to respect the time allocated for your pet's grooming session.

If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will also be charged the full amount of the service. We allocate specific time slots for each grooming session, and same-day cancellations prevent us from serving other clients.

Arriving late may limit the time available for your pet's grooming, resulting in partial services being offered. Please note that arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered as a cancellation, and the appointment will be charged in full.

We are located in South Everett, WA, in the serene View-Ridge Madison neighborhood. We are a private home-based salon, equipped with a separate entrance exclusively for our clients. You’ll be greeted with a cozy waiting area and there's plenty of parking available. Address will be provided with booking confirmation.
